Among the requirements was to have large windows to take advantage of the view without damaging the thermal behavior of the house. Therefore, the north orientation is used to project large windows, leaving the rooms humid, such as the loggia and bathrooms facing south with small windows. On the first floor the common rooms are left, which are connected to the terrace. On the second floor are the bedrooms which are joined in a living room connected to the living room through double height.
