The bank sends an appraiser on a monthly basis and releases payment statements according to the advance in bullet credit format to the client. At the end of the work (with the municipal reception) the bank consolidates all the bullets in a mortgage loan.

A complete architecture project takes approximately 5 to 7 months, which includes, in addition to architecture, municipal processing, coordination of specialties and engineering.
No, we do not build, but we do the bidding process where 3-4 construction companies are sought and invited to participate in the process, finally choosing the one that best suits the project.
